Maybe you just need a new girlfriend. My girlfriend has PMS, but she never gets violent. Nor do any of her friends, any of my friends, my friends' friends, or any of my relatives. Maybe the issue is that you provoke her during hormonal changes. Think about how you came to this definition, and the possibility that it's your own fault.
