Where PMS comes from

I recently learned that PMS is actually a symptom of pollution, pollution causes to much estrogen in our drinking water and therefore we have too much estrogen in our bodies. estrogen is the hormone that pretty much causes us to be bitchy and since we have so much of it, we PMS, which in a world where we didn't have to much estrogen in our bodies, wouldn't exist.

Wow.
Don't be so ready to believe everything you hear or read, dear. Do a little fact-checking first. There are trace amounts of lots of stuff in drinking water, but certainly not enough of anything to cause a pandemic of PMS.

I'm not sure if it's the cause of PMS, but the fact that there may be some estrogen in the water supply may be true. Read the following:

and it said (back in 2007): "Residues of birth control pills, antidepressants, painkillers, shampoos and a host of other compounds are finding their way into the nation's waterways, and they have public health and environmental officials in a regulatory quandary. [...]"

Um,no thats not it...maybe you should have payed a little bit more attention in health and do some more research,not that hard. How can estrogen be in the air when its a hormone that comes from the human body?
