Fair Warning

I have been happily married 15 years.

When my husband and I were first engaged my male roommate took my husband to lunch and warned him of my monthly foray into insanity. He explained that he (the roommate) would bake a batch of triple chocolate brownies, ensure there was sufficient alcohol in the house and then work a string of double shifts to stay the hell out of my way (he was brilliant that way). My then fiance thought it was a joke...

He has since learned that I am capable of some bizarre behavior during PMS mode (clumsy, unable to articulate simple let alone comlpex thoughts, OCD big time, able to leap from needy to hateful and back to needy in 2.3 seconds).

The really funny part about this whole story is that Hubby eventually confessed he thought the roomie was making this up to keep me for himself... SERIOUSLY

My mom took me to the doctor when I was 13 to tell him that the family couldn't live with me ... I was irritable & irrational ... they put me on a series of 'B' vitamins, and steered clear!

Not much has changed ... it sounds like your roommate was a smart man!

You know, PMS mean Pack My Suitcase. Why not go away and leave your husband, son, daughter, cat, dog, fish, house & neighbors at peace?
