I am 49 and yeah still bleeding like i was 30, thats cool but........its what goes with it that is scary, i saw this site talked about on telly and i thought it might help me, When I pms i go totally manic, i cannot stand things out of place and everything annoys the living heck out of me and dont tease me about anything at all or else, and i also hear things differently and i get more pissed if I drink alcohol.
I agree, i dont want to see anyone either and a bottle of wine, yeah right, what i would like is a nice bath run and someone else cook dinner and then just a gently rub down with some nice creme that smells nice and isnt overpowering and no pressure about anything oh yeah and this time you sort the kids out when they are having problems because it just gets worse if I try to sort it as I have zero patients or tolerance for anything,

My daughter turns 18 soon and in high school she was suspended just about each period because she would totally lose the plot and end up slapping some boy usually the bully who is picking on some unfortunate and she takes up the cause with a vengence and this is not a good scenario as she cannot seem to help herselp as it seems it is an outlet for her repressed frustration she is feeling inside, all hormones have been checked in both of us and as far as the medical fraternity are concerned ,,,,,,we are normal.,..... sad hey! fact of life though that we live with each month,

Its totally uncontrollable By Gillian @ 2/10/09 10:44:25 PM

When I was young I thought girls with PMS we just using it as an excuse to be a total bitch to everyone around them.

Until I had my two children, I never really suffered or understood PMS. I always thought women who said they were suffering from PMS were being a bit dramatic and over reacting. I didn't think it existed. Stoopid me...

Its really not laughing matter, as after the birth of my two girls I became the no. 1 b1tch from hell with spikes on her heels around that time every month. The first 6 months or so I didn't really pay attention but my hubby mentioned that I might be suffering from PMS. How could I be suffering from it if it didn't exist??

I thought I'd join this site and plug in my hubby's details because at least he could have a warning when its gonna happen more or less and the light bulb might go on when I do "loose it" and he can say. Oh yeah...she's premenstrual. At least he'll know why I'm biting his head off, exploding like cheap fireworks and as ratty as Ratatoulle. He'll understand when I feel totally ugly and old and decrepid. Hopefully he'll feel a little sorry for me and PERHAPS just let things go....

Well...it does exist and it is VERY REAL. Read up on it and you'll understand it.
